Police: Packages Stolen After Being Delivered to Wrong Address

EXPORT, Pa (EYT) – Dubois-based State Police say an incident of theft occurred between December 17 and 18 between the hours of 9 a.m and 12 p.m. at a property along S.R. 219, in Snyder Township, Jefferson County.

Police say that a known 38-year-old female of Export, Pa, made online purchases totaling approximately $600.00 and mistakenly shipped them to an incorrect location.

Multiple carriers delivered the property to the location, at different times.

Unknown suspect(s) allegedly removed the items from the delivery location without having permission or authority.

The investigation continues.
