UNION TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) – DuBois-based State Police are investigating an incident of alleged harassment that took place on Blue Jay Drive, in Union Township, Clearfield County.
Police say this incident occurred on December 24, 2014, as the accused, Cindy Lou Fiedor, and Andrew Wayne Fiedor, allegedly became engaged in verbal argument which escalated into a physical dispute with an 18-year-old Blairsville female.
