FALLS CREEK BOROUGH, Pa. (EYT) – Police have released the details of a crash that occurred late last week in a construction zone in Falls Creek Borough.

According to police, around 10:59 p.m. on October 23, a one-vehicle crash occurred on Washington Avenue just north of 4th Street.

Police say 36-year-old Ann R. Paulson, of DuBois, was operating a 2015 Chevrolet Malibu, traveling south on Washington Avenue in a construction zone when the vehicle struck a guide rail. It then came to a final rest on the bridge in the construction zone, blocking the only open lane.
