Police Release Details of Rollover Crash That Injured Two Teens in Washington Township

WASHINGTON TWP., Pa. (EYT) – DuBois-based State Police have released the details of a rollover crash that left two teens injured earlier this month in Washington Township.

According to police, around 1:33 a.m. on October 3, a one-vehicle rollover crash occurred on Westville Road, at its intersection with Beechtree Road, in Washington Township, Jefferson County.

Police say 19-year-old Paul E. Faith, of Brockway, was operating a 2006 Pontiac Grand Prix traveling east on Westville Road and negotiating a slight right curve to enter Beechtree Road when he lost control of his vehicle. The vehicle spun around then overturned and came to a final rest on its driver’s side.

Faith and his passenger, identified as a 16-year-old male from Reynoldsville, were both using seat belts.

Faith suffered injuries of unknown severity and was transported by Penn Highlands DuBois Hospital by DuBois Ems Ambulance Service.

Zimmerman’s Towing also assisted at the scene.

Faith was cited for a traffic violation.
