BROOKVILLE, Pa. (EYT) – Brookville Borough Police say an incident of theft by deception reportedly occurred in Brookville Borough, Jefferson County.
According to police, around 12:00 p.m., November 4, an individual issued a $2500.00 check to Brookville Chevrolet which did not clear the bank.
The suspect was charged with theft by deception, receiving stolen property, and passing bad checks.
The name of the suspect was not released.
