Police Release Details of Winslow Twp. Crash

WINSLOW TWP., Pa. (EYT) – State Police have released the details of a recent crash in Winslow Township.

According to DuBois-based State Police, this crash happened at 3:10 p.m. on Tuesday, November 15, on Reynoldsville Falls Creek Road in Winslow Township, Jefferson County.

Police say a 2006 Ford Expedition was traveling south on the snow covered roadway when the operator lost control of the vehicle, causing it to cross over the double yellow line and leave the roadway.

The vehicle then slid into a drainage ditch on the east shoulder of the roadway.

The operator related he was traveling approximately 35 MPH prior to the crash, police said.

The operator’s name was not released. It is unclear if he was injured.

The vehicle sustained damage to its passenger side and was towed from the scene by Jewell’s Auto & Towing.
