Police Release Details on DUI in Brookville

BROOKVILLE, Pa. (EYT) – Brookville Borough Police say on February 17, around 2:14 a.m., a traffic stop was conducted on a vehicle for sliding sideways on dry pavement on Allegheny Boulevard, Brookville, Jefferson County.

Through the course of the investigation, it was determined that 37-year-old Christian James Long, of Brookville, was allegedly driving under the influence of alcohol.

Long was transported to Brookville Hospital for a blood test.

Blood was tested at Erie Regional Crime Lab and indicated that Long’s blood was allegedly 0.255%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

Long was charged with driving under the influence, driving while suspended for driving under the influence, and careless driving.
