Police Release Details on Retail Theft in Young Township

state_policeYOUNG TWP., Pa. (EYT) – Punxsutawney-based State Police say a retail theft occurred at Walmart in Young Township, Jefferson County.

According to police, around 4:52 p.m. on January 2, a known male stole a Rifle BB Gun and returned it. He was issued a gift card and used it to purchase a flashlight, pellets, two laser sights, a BB pistol, and an air pistol.

The items totaled $386.32, police say.

The investigation continues.

The name of the suspect was not released.
