Authorities Release Details on Sykesville Man Accused of DUI on Route 119

HENDERSON TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) – Punxsutawney-based State Police say a Sykesville man was accused of DUI on State Route 119, approximately 1/2 mile north of Berry Road, in Henderson Township, Jefferson County.

According to police, on July 26 Nicholas James Witherite, of Sykesville, was stopped for a summary traffic violation.

During the stop, he was allegedly found to be DUI.

Charges were filed at Magisterial District Justice office 54-3-03.

No other information was provided.
