BURNSIDE TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) – According to Punxsutawney-based State Police, an incident of theft by deception occurred on Dowler Highway, in Burnside Township, Clearfield County.
Police say sometime between December 10, 2010, and January 2, 2015, the victim reported that two known individuals utilized his checking account for their own personal expenses.
No other information was provided.
