BROOKVILLE, Pa. (EYT) – The Brookville Borough Police were dispatched to a fight around 1:52 a.m. on September 21, at the Forrest Way in Brookville, Jefferson County.
Police say they saw a white truck speeding out of the parking lot, and the victim identified the vehicle.
A traffic stop was conducted on the truck, and through the investigation, it was discovered that 27-year-old Timothy Kalgren was allegedly under the influence of alcohol.
He is being charged with DUI, Harassment, and Disorderly Conduct.
