BROOKVILLE, Pa. (EYT) – Brookville Police have charged a Summerville man with Criminal Solicitation to Commit Fleeing or Eluding a Police Officer on Madison Avenue, in Brookville, Jefferson County.
On May 26 police attempted to stop a Polaris RZR 900 XP-4 on Madison Avenue in Brookville.
Through the completion of an investigation, police have charged Paul Plyler, of Summerville, with Criminal Solicitation to Commit Fleeing or Eluding a Police Officer.
