Police Release Information on Man Arrested for False Reports

BROOKVILLE, Pa. (EYT) – According to Brookville Borough Police, a Brackenridge man was arrested for false reports and other charges stemming from an incident that occurred around 11:11 p.m. on August 3, on West Main Street, in Brookville, Jefferson County.

Twenty-two-year-old Jake C. Becker, of Brackenridge, allegedly gave false reports to Brookville Police stating that someone else was driving the vehicle that smashed into a tree, police say.

He was arrested for false report to law enforcement officers, disorderly conduct, and public drunkenness.

No other information was provided.
