JEFFERSON COUNTY, Pa. (EYT) – According to Punxsutawney-based State Police, sometime between 8:00 p.m. and 8:15 p.m. on February 18, an incident of aggravated assault occurred on State Route 28, at Brookville Court, in Pinecreek Township, Jefferson County.
Police say an 85-year-old known man and a 59-year-old known man became involved in a verbal argument that turn physical.
The investigation continues.
