CORSICA, Pa. (EYT) – Punxsutawney-based State Police report an incident of cruelty to animals took place in Corsica Borough, Jefferson County.
Police report at around 6:15 p.m. August 4 they investigated an incident in which Donald Eugene Degroff, 52, of Corsica, allegedly neglected multiple dogs.
Degroff allegedly failed to provide clean and sanitary shelter and necessary substance for the dogs.
