BROOKVILLE, Pa. (EYT) – Brookville Borough Police are filing DUI charges against a Brookville man following the completion of the investigation into a traffic stop on Euclid Avenue, in Brookville, Jefferson County.
According to police, 85-year-old James F. Carberry, of Brookville, allegedly drove off the right side of the road and into the grass. He was subsequently stopped.
Police say he was found to be under the influence of alcohol.
Carberry consented to a blood test, and it was sent to Erie Regional Laboratory, according to police.
The report came back identifying his BAC as being 0.102%, police say.
