According to police, around 1:25 p.m. on Thursday, June 17, it was reported that a one-year-old Smicksburg female was missing from a residence located on Coolspring Road, in North Mahoning Township, Indiana County.

The toddler was located approximately 1.5 miles east of her address laying in the roadway uninjured.

Upon interviewing the family, the father of the child had noticed a teal/blue in color vehicle drive past his residence several times on June 17. Shortly after the last time that the vehicle drove past, the father heard his daughter screaming. The family was then unable to locate her for approximately 45 minutes. The only details the father could provide about the vehicle were the color, it had two people in it, and one of them was a female.
