BROOKVILLE, Pa. (EYT) – Brookville Borough Police were notified by Dan Smith Candies of a Theft of Services that occurred between September 10, 2012, and October 24, 2012, in Brookville, Jefferson County.
According to police, through the course of the investigation, it was determined that 38-year-old Theresa Forrest, of Reynoldsville, allegedly made four purchases from Dan Smith Candies at four different dates.
The total purchases were valued at $1,065.60.
Police say Forrest allegedly never paid for items purchased through the Brookville Sparkles.
