BROOKVILLE, Pa. (EYT) – Brookville Borough Police say around 5:14 p.m. on February 20, a domestic dispute occurred on Madison Avenue, near Giant Eagle, in Brookville, Jefferson County.
Police say they were called to investigate a domestic dispute in the parking lot of the Giant Eagle.
Upon police arrival, Tommi J. Elder, Sr. of Punxsutawney, proceeded to leave the scene traveling south of State Route 36 and stopped in the area of Race Street, according to police.
Police say he is being issued a non-traffic citation for disorderly conduct and several traffic violations in connection with his alleged violent behavior.
