Police Respond to One Vehicle Crash in Clover Township

CLOVER TWP., Pa. (EYT) – Police responded to a one-vehicle crash early Monday evening in Clover Township.

According to police, around 5:32 p.m. on Monday, January 21, 40-year-old Dean A. Greenawalt, of Mayport, was operating a 2003 Ford Escape, traveling east on State Route 28 just east of Sandy Flat Road in Clover Township.

Police say Greenawalt was negotiating a left curve in the road when he lost control and slid into the westbound lane. The vehicle then struck an embankment off the westbound lane and came to a final rest.

Greenawalt and his passenger, 38-year-old Rachel A. Greenawalt of Mayport, were both wearing seatbelts.

No injuries were reported.
