BROOKVILLE, Pa. (EYT) – Brookville Borough Police say around 11:36 p.m. on May 10, a DUI arrest occurred on Allegheny Blvd., near Sheetz, in Brookville, Jefferson County.
According to police, they received a call concerning a careless driver. They located the driver on Allegheny Blvd. traveling southbound down the center of two southbound lanes.
Police say a traffic stop was conducted, and through the course of the investigation, it was discovered that 43-year-old Ronald Bellini was allegedly under the influence of alcohol.
As confirmed by the Erie Crime Lab, Bellini’s blood alcohol concentration was 0.245%, according to police.
