Police Respond to Two-vehicle Crash in North Mahoning Township

Police sirenNORTH MAHONING TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) – Punxsutawney-based State Police responded to a two-vehicle accident on Route 210 in North Mahoning Township, Indiana County.

According to police, this crash occurred at 3:30 p.m. on February 9, when 27-year-old Miranda Lamison, of Asheville NC, was traveling north in a Dodge Caravan.

Police say Lamison was traveling at an unsafe speed, drove off the east side of the roadway, and struck an embankment.

The vehicle traveled back onto the roadway and traveled approximately 110 feet before impacting a 2014 Jeep Wrangler driven by 33-year-old Jennifer Wingard, of Dayton.

Police say both vehicles sustained disabling damage.

Both drivers sustained minor injuries but were not transported from the scene.
