According to police, sometime between 8:00 a.m. and 3:45 p.m. on Tuesday, May 15, a burglary was reported at a residence on Main Street in Big Run Borough.
Police say an unknown individual or individuals gained entry to the residence by forcing the front door to the residence open. A number of prescription narcotics were taken from a pill bottle inside the home.
The individual(s) then fled the scene undetected.
