Police Searching for Driver Who Damaged Rails-to-Trails Gates

police_line_11BEAVER TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT)– Punxsutawney-based State Police are searching for a driver who damaged two trail gates on the Redbank Valley Rails-to-Trails in Jefferson and Clarion counties.

According to police, during the overnight hours between August 23 and August 24, 2014, an unknown actor drove a vehicle through two trail gates on the Redbank Valley Rails-to-Trails.

Police say one gate was located at the bottom of Patton Road in Beaver Township, and the other was located at the intersection of the trail and SR-536 in Redbank Township.

The damage to both of the gates is valued at approximately $200, according to police.
