Police Seek Information on Burglary

PUNXSUTAWNEY, Pa. (EYT) – Punxsutawney-based State Police are investigating a burglary that happened sometime between 12:27 a.m. and 12:32 a.m. on December 18, at the Walston Club, located on Walston Road, in Punxsutawney, Jefferson County. 

Police say two unknown perpetrators arrived at Waltson Club in a gold colored four-door sedan, and one of the perpetrators used force to open the back door.

Once inside, the perpetrator was able to remove cash and left the building through the door that had been forced open.

Descriptions of the perpetrators are as follows:

-One perpetrator was wearing camouflage pants with a black hooded sweatshirt.

-The other was wearing a light colored jacket, possibly a Carhartt-style, and light jeans.

The investigation continues.
