Police Seek Information into Identity Theft in Knox Township

PUNXSUTAWNEY, Pa. (EYT) – Punxsutawney-based State Police say an incident of Identity Theft occurred at a residence on Johns Hill Road, in Knox Township, Jefferson County.

According to police, an unknown actor opened a Dish Network account using the personal information of a 33-year-old male residing at the above described location.

The incident occurred sometime between December 18, 2014, and April 3, 2015.

The investigation continues.
