BROOKVILLE, Pa. (EYT) – Punxsutawney-based State Police report that an incident of fraud took place at the Frosty Freeze in Rose Township, Jefferson County, Pa.
According to police, an unknown perpetrator passed a counterfeit $20.00 bill as payment at the Frosty Freeze on PA 36 in Rose Township.
Police say that the bill was passed between August 11 and August 16.
Police are continuing to investigate the incident.
