PENFIELD, Pa. (EYT) – DuBois-based State Police are asking the public for any information concerning an incident of criminal mischief that occurred at Dave’s Exxon, on State Park Road, in Penfield.
According to police, sometime between 6:00 p.m. on April 10 and 8:00 a.m. on April 11, an unknown perpetrator threw a rock into the 5×6′ front window at Dave’s Exxon, breaking it.
The perpetrator fled the scene in an unknown direction, police say.
