PERRY TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) – Punxsutawney-based State Police say an incident of Criminal Trespass occurred sometime between 3:30 p.m. on January 22 and 5:30 a.m. January 23 in Perry Township, Jefferson County.
According to police, an unknown actor(s) allegedly walked in the area of the coal dig site off of Poerio Road.
The property is posted “No Trespassing” by Original Fuels of Punxsutawney, Pa.
