Police Seek Information on Hit and Run Accident – Pedestrian Injured

BROOKVILLE, Pa. (EYT) – According to Brookville-based State Police, around 11:30 p.m. on July 24, a pedestrian was injured in a hit and run accident on Mabon Street, near Dirty Ehrma’s bar, in Brookville, Jefferson County.

According to the pedestrian – 21-year-old Nicole M. Niper, of Brookville – a gray-colored jeep style SUV, operated by a white male with a white male passenger, drove onto the sidewalk where she was walking and struck her, knocking her to the ground.

She sustained injuries and was taken by a private vehicle to the Brookville Hospital for treatment.

No information was released on the extent of her injuries.
