BELL TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) – According to Punxsutawney-based State Police, around 11:53 a.m. on September 3, a hit and run crash occurred on Juneau Road, at Smyerstown Road, in Bell Township, Jefferson County.
Police say a white semi tractor-trailer with a PA registration was attempting to make a right turn onto Smyerstown Road from Juneau Road when the operator struck a road sign.
The operator then fled the scene.
