Police Seek Information on Hit and Run in Bell Township

BELL TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) – Punxsutawney-based State Police say on April 14, a hit and run accident occurred on Clover Run Road, 66 feet south of Miller Road, in Bell Township, Clearfield County.

According to police, an unidentified vehicle was traveling west on Clover Run Road and crossed over the eastbound lane and off the roadway.

Police say the vehicle traveled approximately 57 feet before striking a road sign and then two mailboxes. The vehicle traveled approximately 66 feet through a private yard and then fled the scene.

The vehicle is believed to be an SUV or small truck, according to police.
