Police Seek Information on Hit and Run, Man Seriously Injured

BROOKVILLE, Pa. (EYT) – The Brookville Police Department is investigating a hit and run accident that occurred around 11:59 p.m. on May 25 on Western and 2nd Street in Brookville, Jefferson County.

According to police, a male fell off a vehicle while it was speeding away from the area where a group of males got into a physical altercation.

The vehicle is described as a late 1990’s to 2000’s body-style Ford pickup-truck, green in color. The vehicle is believed to be lifted and have a louder exhaust.

The male was transported to Brookville Hospital. He is alive and will survive, according to police.
