BANKS TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) – Punxsutawney-based State Police say an incident of Criminal Mischief occurred on October 25 at approximately 10 p.m. in Banks Township, Indiana County.
According to police, an unknown actor(s) allegedly dumped several nails for approximately 1/4 mile on Hillman Road; then fled the scene in an unknown direction.
A 19-year-old Mahaffey woman sustained two flat tires to her vehicle as a result of driving over the nails.
