POLK TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) – DuBois-based State Police say a Theft occurred on Gearhart Lane, in Polk Township, Jefferson County.
The State Police investigated a theft incident that occurred around 5:45 a.m. on February 23 in which a credit card was stolen from a Brookville individual.
There were four purchases made on the credit card for minutes on a Tracfone with a total of $628.62, according to police.
The suspect is 35-year-old Robert D. Owens, of Lynchburg, Virginia.
The investigation is ongoing.
