Police Seek Information on Vehicle Stolen in Young Township

Police car lightsYOUNG TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) – Punxsutawney-based State Police are investigating a vehicle theft in Young Township, Jefferson County.

Police say around 3:59 p.m. December 11, unknown actors stole a 2004 Chevrolet Colorado pickup truck from the Hetager Drilling parking lot on Woodland Avenue Extension.

The vehicle is dark blue in color with license plate XXSAMXX. Police say there are several stickers in the back window of the pickup including Harley Davidson, Marines, and Ruger.

The vehicle contained 5 guns at the time it was stolen as well as a tree stand and several items of hunting clothing.

Anyone with information on the location of this stolen vehicle should contact the Punxsutawney-based State Police at 814-938-0510. Police say all information will be kept confidential.
