Police Seeking Information on Burglaries in Corsica

state_policeCORSICA BOROUGH, Pa. (EYT) – Police are investigating a string of burglaries that occurred in Corsica, Jefferson County.

According to police, sometime between 2:00 a.m. and 3:00 a.m. on December 1, three Corsica individuals reported burglaries at the following locations:

282 Church Street – A garage was entered by removing a window screen. Once inside, perpetrator(s) removed three igloo coolers, beer, two Pioneer speakers, a Sirius Satellite Radio, a 165 piece Craftsman tool set, a window, and a screen. Two victims were listed in this theft.

260 Church Street – A red two-gallon gas can was stolen at this location.

Police say the perpetrator(s) fled the scene towards Water Street.
