UNION TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) – Punxsutawney-based State Police responded to a one-vehicle accident on Route 322 in Union Township, Jefferson County.
According to police, around 9:00 a.m. December 22, an unknown driver was traveling west on Route 322 when, for unknown reasons, the vehicle crossed the center line and traveled off the east berm.
The Vehicle traveled across private property and then across Bowley Road.
The vehicle struck a road sign on Bowley Road before travelling across additional private property on James Place, according to police.
The vehicle fled the scene in an unknown direction.
