Police Seeking Person Who Discharged Pistol into Occupied Structure on Route 36

ROSE TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) – Punxsutawney-based State Police say around 9:00 a.m. on April 9, a firearm was discharged into an occupied structure on State Route 36, in Rose Township, Jefferson County.

According to police, an unknown perpetrator(s) discharged a pistol from the Allegheny Blvd. area of Brookville Boro.

The bullet ricocheted, broke a window, and damaged the window screen at Earth Worx, police say.
