WINSLOW TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) – Punxsutawney-based State Police are investigating a DUI/Act 64 incident that occurred on State Route 322, at Hormtown Road, in Winslow Township, Jefferson County.
Police say a traffic stop around 10:23 p.m. on October 26 was performed on 47-year-old David Allen Peles, Jr., of Reynoldsville, after he was observed committing a summary traffic violation.
During the traffic stop, it was determined that he was allegedly DUI, according to police.
Police say 52-year-old Sherri Gayle Abersold, also of Reynoldsville, was found to be in possession of suspected drug paraphernalia.
The investigation is ongoing and charges are pending on both individuals.
