YOUNG TWP., Pa. (EYT) – A traffic stop on Friday night in Young Township resulted in the arrest of a 71-year-old Jefferson County man for DUI.
According to Punxsutawney-based State Police, a 71-year-old Punxsutawney man was stopped in his 2011 Chevrolet Silverado on Sportsburg Road/Lenyok Road around 9:46 p.m. on Friday, June 14, for a summary traffic violation.
During the stop, the driver was found to be under the influence of alcohol, according to police.
Charges are pending.
