BROOKVILLE, Pa. (EYT) – State Police say a 63-year-old woman was injured in a crash Monday night in Brookville, Jefferson County.
DuBois-based State Police say the accident happened around 8:55 p.m. on Interstate 80 eastbound near mile marker 78 when Marie Debo, of Selinsgrove, swerved to avoid a vehicle that she believed was traveling into her lane.
Debo’s vehicle traveled off the roadway and into the median before overturning onto its drivers side.
She was transported to Penn-Highlands Brookville for treatment of moderate injuries.
Brookville Fire Company and Brookville EMS assisted at the scene.
