According to police, during a summary traffic stop at 10:12 p.m. December 20, a 51-year-old Punxsutawney man was found to be under the influence of a controlled substance.
After searching the vehicle, a suspected controlled substance and related drug paraphernalia were located inside the vehicle, according to police.
Police say charges are pending.
