HENDERSON TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) – Punxsutawney-based State Police report that two Punxsutawney residents are facing drug charges.
According to police, 32-year-old Michael A. Smith, of Punxsutawney, was the driver of a vehicle involved in a crash on November 2, 2015 on Route 410 in Henderson Township.
27-year-old Kayla M. Weaver, also of Punxsutawney, was a passenger in the vehicle.
After an investigation, Smith was charged with DUI and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Weaver was charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
