PENN TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) –State Police in DuBois report a Clymer woman is being charged in an incident of alleged driving under the influence of a controlled substance in Penn Township, Clearfield County.
Police say a known 29-year-old Clymber woman is believed to have been under the influence of a controlled substance around 5:32 a.m. on June 30 following a traffic stop conducted based upon vehicle code violations.
The suspect was placed under arrest for suspicion of DUI, according to police.
Charges are pending a lab analysis, police say.
