State Police Calls: Simple Assault, Criminal Mischief

state_policeThe following information was released by DuBois-based State Police on July 13, 2015.

Criminal Mischief in Washington Twp., Jefferson County

State Police in DuBois say unknown actor(s) vandalized and damaged two vehicles parked along Allens Mills Road some time between July 8 and July 10.

The victims are listed as a Brookville man and a Reynoldsville man.

Anyone with information related to this incident is asked to call PSP DuBois at 814-371-4652.

Simple Assault in Union Twp.

State Police are investigating a Simple Assault that occurred on July 8 in Union Twp., Clearfield County.

Police say the incident happened around 2:30 p.m.

The victim, and 18-year-old male, was treated at Penn Highlands DuBois ER for injuries he sustained during an assault at his residence.

Police say the case remains under investigation.

Criminal Mischief in Brady Twp.

State Police have released information on a case of Criminal Mischief that is alleged to have occurred in Brady Twp., Clearfield County, on July 7, 2015.

According to police, 22-year-old Dylan Frantz, of Luthersburg, was “spinning donuts” on his ATV as he drove past a residence along Station Road causing rocks to be thrown onto the windshield of a vehicle.

Charges were subsequently filed at District Court 46-3-01.
