Vehicle Crashes into Trees Off Route 950; Reynoldsville Man Escapes Injuries

car-accident-graphic-5254_jpg_475x310_q85-300x225WINSLOW TWP., Pa. (EYT) – DuBois-based State Police say a one-vehicle accident occurred yesterday on State Route 950, in Winslow Township, Jefferson County.

According to police, around 7:30 a.m. on January 29, 25-year-old Richard A. Gallagher, of Reynoldsville, was traveling north on Route 950 when he attempted to pass a car. Once his vehicle crossed into the oncoming lane, he lost control of it and slid off the east side of the roadway. The vehicle struck several trees before coming to a final rest.

No injuries were suffered in the crash.

The vehicle was towed from the scene.

Falls Creek Fire Department and EMS assisted on the scene.
