INDIANA CO., Pa. (EYT) — Punxsutawney-based State Police are looking for a man who violated a protection from abuse order.
According to police, 43-year-old Michael Shawn Bernd, 43, allegedly made several phone calls to a 38-year-old woman at a residence on Glenwood Avenue in Glen Campbell, Indiana County, the night of Monday, September 25. Then, around 2:49 a.m. on Tuesday, September 26, Bernd allegedly arrived at her residence and began knocking on her door.
He fled the scene before police arrived.
There is an active warrant for his arrest for a probation violation.
