Punxsutawney Girls Win YPCC Ebensburg Title

EBENSBURG Pa. – The Punxsutawney Girls 5th/6th grade Basketball team finished their fall YPCC League by winning the Championship game on Sunday, December 2.

They finished with an overall record of 13-0.

They won their semifinal game with a score 20-14 and then the final game against a Mainline team that had been nipping at their heals throughout the fall season with a score 31-15.

With the girls already winning one early tournament in Armstrong, they now begin their tournament season where the team can play anywhere between two to five games per day.
