Police say at approximately 1:00 p.m. on August 22, 2015, they responded to a domestic altercation on Lunger Road.
According to police, a 17-year-old male had suffered various injuries allegedly caused by 46-year-old Johnathan Ray Shaffer, of Punxsutawney.
Shaffer was taken into custody by Punxsutawney-based State Police and charged with Simple Assault and Harassment, according to police.
